We took Ashley to the Bukit Jalil Park one weekend. It was around 2pm and the sky was rather gloomy that day so daddy said, “let’s go to the park”. Normally this is the time we go out as it’s just after Ashley’s lunch and before her nap time at 5pm. Daddy had actually found this park earlier and checked it out himself 😀
This park has 3 play areas equipped with huge colourful slides, swings and see-saws. The floors are padded with soft mats. There are benches and a rest area with roof for the tired parents 😀
Ashley had a swell time running around and she tried to go up the slide which is too big for her age. I sat with her on one of the swings but she didn’t like it that much. Daddy took her up to the slides area and she was so happy walking on the wobbly bridge. Of course this mummy was a bit worried that she would trip on the bridge and kept a close eye. On the other hand, daddy was so relaxed and let her run freely on the wobbly bridge! I guess fathers tend to be less protective until the daughters start to have boyfriends 😀
We left the park after one hour of fun. I think we would visit the park again once the current hot spell goes away.
Wah! Ashley big girl already. I think is good if we can bring our kids to park or playground once or twice a week just for them to have fun 😀
oh.. how come i didn’t see the playground when I was there last year visiting my cousin?… hm..
Ashley is such an adorable girl. Yea.. think all daddies are the same. I would be like “grace must be careful ar.. don’t fall” 🙂

Your girl looked so happy at the park… but afternoon a bit hot…My Darrius loves the slides too but we normally bring him to the indoor playground in Tesco…hehehe not so hot!
I have been to this park and it is really nice – lots of things to do
desperate mummy – yeah…it’s good and lots of fun. Ashley didn’t want to leave that day 😀
jean – the playground is kinda hidden. normally people would just visit the park which is near the condos.
sasha – yes…she is quite talkative in her baby language. Can’t wait for her to actually talk.
Vien – normally it’s hot but that day, the sky was gloomy. Ashley is only ‘free’ from 2pm until 5pm so we try to take her to the park when there’s a good chance 😀
Annie – yeah…enjoying herself and mummy and daddy have to run after her around the park. Very tiring leh 😀
Mott – I’ve been told that she’s quite tall for her age. Dunno where she got those genes from cos neither me or hubby are tall. Wish she is fatter too 😀

When chloe was Ashley’s age.. she refuses to do anything with the park.. and would only play on the sand. Now..!! she’s a terror..!! hahhahaha!!
