What I Would Like To Have
Posted on Jul 04, 2009 under home, me | 14 CommentsMy mother-in-law will be returning from Toronto at the end of next month. She asked me a few times what I wanted from Toronto but I told her nothing……..until last week….. I told her that I would like to have this :-

The Vision Covered Cookpot
Hehehe…you think I am crazy eh? I already have 3 saucepans which I brought back with me when I returned from Toronto more than 10 years ago. I use them everyday. They are really really good. It just occured to me that perhaps I should get one cookpot as backup. I saw the pots in Langkawi but they are still expensive eventhough they are duty free. The saucepans which I bought only cost CAN19.90 (equivalent to RM60) for a set of 3. Ok, that was many years ago and now the price has increased but it still cheaper to get from Toronto than here. Well, my brother-in-law told me that Visions don’t come out with these brown ones anymore. The new colours are red and blue. Also, the ones he saw are around CAN70 or CAN80. As he and my MIL are visting San Francisco this weekend, he’ll check out the Visions Outlet
I am hoping that he could find it and bring it back for me
Keeping my fingers and toes crossed.

you mean vision lighter than corningware?
i think they are both the same. I don’t cook with the corningware though cos the bottom will turn black

I love these too but very expensive in Malaysia
I was eyeing a lot of them but still can’t make up my mind which one to get …. all of them are so useful for different occasions

Next time look out for the Visions/Corning Ware warehouse sale. Really great buys!! I still prefer tefflon-coated cooking utensils cos I’m too lazy to scrub them!!!
