A poppy seed bagel. The ones from Toronto are much bigger than the bagels here huh?

and spread with Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese.  Yummy and so fattening ;)

    Toasted the bagels ? Yummy ! You know what ? When I have sandwiches at San Francisco Coffee, I always request to change my bread to bagels. Their poppy seeds and sesame ones are yummy too !

    Yes.. the bagels here.. are a lot bigger and better.. :) even the ones in Singapore ain’t that great. But when i was in San Frans.. they had great bagels too..i can’t remember. .whats the name of the shop.. but it’s very near the Westin hotel.

    The smoked salmon cheese spread looks so good. Is it from Toronto as well? I don’t think it’s fattening coz it’s high in protein and low in carb :)

    The bagel from the hartamas shop right?? cos as u said..if compared to those in US/Canada..the one in Hartamas..firstly not a perfect round shape. and the thickness….big difference
