Shopping For Chinese New Year

Posted on Jan 17, 2010 under food, health, me, shopping | 3 Comments

When I was at the market yesterday morning, I saw many stalls selling Chinese New Year decoration items such as lanterns and paper scrolls .  They are so colourful and everything was in red and gold.  Besides these decorative items for the home, there are also many stalls selling Chinese New Year cookies and snacks.  I was tempted to get some but I am glad that I did not.  I know that once I buy them, I would start eating the cookies before the New Year is here :(   Before you know it, I may need to get some adipex p to lose the weight I gained from eating too many cookies.  Have you started your Chinese New Year shopping already?

Barb, I have started my CNY shopping long ago, esp for the new year cloths. My children, my husband and myself are all now well-equiped with a lot of CNY cloths. Then, i am broke now, i have to cut down on other CNY stuffs, like cookies, drinks and etc.
