being sassy again

He would check out the men’s while I would go to the ladies department or children section. A couple of days ago, we did the same thing and hubs asked Ashley if she would like to follow him or me. The conversation went like this :-
Hubs : Ashley, do you want to follow me or mommy?
Ashley : Dad………..dy, do I look like a man? I am a girl so of course I will follow mommy to see the ladies clothes.
Both of us were speechless. Then the man grinned because he didn’t have to take care of the inquisitive soon-to-be five year old.
