Worry attracts more worry. Anxiety attracts more anxiety. Unhappiness attracts more unhappiness. Dissatisfaction attracts more dissatisfaction.
AND . . .
Joy attracts more joy. Happiness attracts more happiness. Peace attracts more peace. Gratitude attracts more gratitude. Kindness attracts more kindness. Love attracts more love.
Your job is an inside one. To change your world, all you have to do is change the way you feel inside. How easy is that?

Easy but at the same time hard? I’m currently struggling to find peace within myself, each time I thought I’m happy something bound to happen; be it people whom I thought are friends but not, I thought I have talents and do something out of it despite not working but it’s just a phase etc.
But I like what you said about how we feel today are attracting our tomorrow, so why can’t we feel the positives huh

true indeed,life is about choices, we choose to be happy or we can choose to be sad. ever thought about those cancer survivors ? they are very very positive in their outlook in life. how we choose to feel will affect our personal health and those around us too. thks for the gentle reminder.
