Universal Studios Singapore
Posted on Mar 18, 2010 under good stuff, me, travel | 14 CommentsI am so happy to read about the opening of Universal Studios in Resort World, Sentosa Island, Singapore. It’s a magical fun place with thrilling rides and incredible movie-based rides like Jaws, King Kong and more. This is where the magic of movies come to live. Many years ago, hubs and I visited the Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida and we had the best time of our lives. I can’t believe there is a Universal Studio so close to home. I don’t know when we are going but we definitely will! There are so many places I want to visit…..helpppppppppppp!

The last time I been to S’pore was in year 2000. It was already 10 years apart, I also long to go to S’pore, because of the places that you mentioned here and also I want to vist my best friend, who has married and has 4 children there.

Barb, nice but here TOO HOT lah! I really pity the mascot, 365 days Summer, no chance of Autumn-Winter season other the rainy days. ‘Tarzan’ will be gd, no need to wear anything …LOL
it is very hot so i think better go in the morning eh? wear sleeveless tops and shorts

I was there for the soft opening. Awesome! My kids really enjoyed it. Must try the Battlestar Galatica ride (90 seconds) of thrilling roller coaster ride.
wow Jacq, so fast?? I don’t think I dare to go on the Battlestar Galactica ride. I’m afraid of heights

cant compare lah..the rides here could be exciting but our weather is terrible! so hot and humid.
dun wear sleeveless..from my experience, u get sun burn this way. wear loose white comfy clothes.

hahahhaa… same here…. so many place to visit.. and the nearest is visiting Singapore universal studio…ohhh I just need to find the right days now…. can’t wait..
