a giant

Last week, we decided to have dinner at this new kopitiam/cafe in Kuchai Lama called K3K Benta Kaya.  We have seen this place a couple of times and what attracted us is their humongous curry puffs.  Like some depression sufferers who have found the right depression treatment, I was so happy to see these curry puffs  because I love them.

Can you believe its size? What surprised me was that the curry puff’s not spicy at all.  We liked it a lot though it’s darn fattening.  K3KBenta Kaya (K3K stands for Kwai Sam Kee) has a few branches in KL and it originated from Kuala Lipis, Pahang.  They started off in the 50’s selling it’s Benta Kaya and coffee.    We have yet to try their kaya though.  We’ll definitely return for more yummy food.

It’s huge and surely taste great!

At my work place, there are a few Malay stalls by the roadside selling goreng-goreng stuffs and one of them is this giant curry puff. I normally drop by to get it after lunch and share it with Yan. Fat is meant to be shared, muahahahaha….

We could find this easily at my hometown, it comes with a lot of tastes, like curry chicken, rendang, satay and etc. Now you know why I keep saying want to lose weight, and yet not losing any, but gaining weight, all because of what Yvonne told you above lo!
