Author: I asked Ashley what she would like to do during the school break and she gave me a list of them. Unfortunately, we only managed to do a few things. We stayed at a hotel and went to the park a few times.
She loves riding on her scooter at the park and also feeding the fishes and turtles in the lake. When hubs kept her company, I went running.
Inspired by Dinah, I started running a month ago. I would go running while waiting to pick up missy at the school. I change into my running gear before leaving the office and go to the football field near the school. It is good to keep the heart pumping and I find it very therapeutic to run. I have even asked hubs to join me

I will have to wait till my boy has completely wean off his night feeding. Then I can run with my wifey every weekend.
eh…how come have to wean off first only can run?
Because my wifey has been complaining lack of sleep due to the night feeding (baby latch on her). I do not want to disturb her beauty sleep either, else her mood will be swinging if she do not get enough sleep.

I’m slacking in my exercise regime lately, and getting fatter now…
Since school days, I can never run. I couldn’t even finish the 100m run that each student had to do each year! I envy those who can run though… enjoy the views and breeze while exercising the heart

We din get to do much too during the recent holidays. It’s good to have some form of exercise while waiting for your girl. I am extremely lazy when it comes to excercising. I will usually catch up on my reading while waiting for the boy at school.:)
Good to know you have started your exercise routine. Exercise has a lot of benifits and you will know later.

Haha..your girl is beginning to develop exquisite taste huh? Must stay in hotel. Hehe. She knows how to enjoy life. My girl also likes to ride on her scooter but hers is a two wheeler. Should’ve gotten like Ashley’s so it’s more stable right? That’s good you’ve started exercising. I can never jog, I feel like fainting and my heart popping out of my chest. So I just stick to doing workouts.
