Keto Breakfast Ideas

Ever since I started the Keto way of eating, I have stopped buying bread, pastries or kuihs  (sweet cakes) for breakfast.  My go-to breakfast would be the 90 Seconds Low Carb English Muffins or half-boiled eggs.  When I am too lazy to make anything, I would just eat an avocado.

This is the quickest way for me to stay full and healthy too.  Sometimes when avos are in season, I can get 3 for RM10.  Just the other day, I bought a Hass avo for RM3.50 and it is so milky.  Love it.
