Coconut flour is lower in carbs compared to other wheat and grain-based flour. Using coconut flour in baking and cooking is an excellent choice to help us stay on track with our Keto diet goals. Coconut flour is high in fiber and offers an excellent source of protein and healthy fats and is free from wheat and other grains. I use a lot of coconut flour and almond flour in my bakes.
