Besides calling us Daaaa di and Mi mi, she also knows Kung Kung (grandpa), Mah Mah (paternal grandmother), Por Por (maternal grandmother), Yee Yee (her aunts). My mum taught her how to say Tesco and today when I tried to teach her the word “shopping” (my favourite word), she said “Tasco” *slap forehead*
Ahhh.. no worries.. ! chloe was this way too.. she didn’t talk till she was 2.5 .. and then it was no stopping her.. !! now she repeats everything you say .. perfectly.
Now that’s really awesome that Ashley’s vocab is expanding. My gals also learnt a lot from watching Barney and High 5.

Errrr, Irfan’s got limited vocab too. Haha. But we talk to him and read to him too. And he doesn’t like watching tv. Sigh.
