Of course I am a bit jealous of him. We are eating the same food and yet he is losing more than me! This morning, I stood on the scale again. Yep….still 3kg lost and not a gram more. I thought maybe there is something wrong with my scale. I got down, picked it up, shook it a bit, bang on it and stood on the scale again. Same thing! Sigh…..maybe that’s all I’m going to lose.
I wonder when we would stop this diet. If you have been a dieter before, you would know how difficult it is to go back to eating normally. There is a fear inside you that you would put on weight eventhough you ate just a small piece of cookie. My husband said the first week of this diet is the toughest because his tummy was growling so much. LOL.
dun worry jek. Maybe lack of exercise. they travel outside , kena sunlight and sweat more that’s why.
maybe they are losing water not fats ya….so exercise la that is the secret word. exercise….

To loose weight, exercise is VERY important. For me, if i dont exercise, i will surely gain weight. But for u, it is considered a very big feat already, loosing 3kg in 1 mth wor, so much.
