Mum is here this week and today she boiled some herbal chicken soup for Ashley. She bought a ‘kampung‘ chicken drumstick for the soup and added red dates, wolfberries, ‘pak kei’ and some other herbs. She boiled it for 45 minutes and it’s just enough for 2 bowls (lunch and dinner). Smells really good and my munchkin loves it. She kept asking for the soupy 😀
