Like A Tortoise

I just don’t know why the internet speed is so freaking slow here. It takes a loooong time to view a webpage. Worse is when I logged onto one of the advertisers website and try to grab an offer. By the time I refreshed the screen, all the offers are no longer available. Right now, I couldn’t access some of the websites. This has happened before and I hope later tonight, this problem would be solved. Otherwise how am I going to do my assignments? All these are just so stressful. I wish there is something I could do about this. Do you know how? Should I change to other internet service provider or maybe just move to another country?
