Oodles of Udon

Since Ashley is very fond of noodles, I bought some udon last week from a Japanese shop in Plaza Damas. I also got some miso paste too. Today, I cooked the udon for her and added some “phishballs“. Alas…my picky child doesn’t like it. Maybe the udon was not very soft so she spat them out 🙁 Normally, I would use ‘mee suah’ or ‘vermicelli noodles’ and cook them in miso paste. She has no problem with that. Come to think of it, she actually ate the udon when we were at the Japanese restaurant recently. Hmm….got to be my cooking then. Next time I think I should boil the udon longer 😉

Cha Soba nicer. Does Ashley like Cha Soba (green tea noodles)? They are not that hard. Udon can get very sticky.
