Is This Efficient Or What?

Last week, my husband received a surprise call from our insurance agent. She called to wish him Happy Birthday. They chatted on the phone for a while and as soon as she found out that we are moving to our house soon, she informed us that she also handles fire insurance. She enquired if we have bought any for our house. If we have not, she could give us a quote and deliver it to us immediately. How efficient eh? Unfortunately, we have bought the insurance already. Then she went on to tell my husband that should we renew the auto insurance for our cars later this year, we could contact her and she can also give us an auto insurance quote to compare. Guess she is also handling auto insurance now. I don’t know about you but I find it a bit scary to talk to insurance agents as they would always ask us to buy all kinds of insurance from them.
