Just How Much Weight Have I Lost?

It has been almost a month since I started my diet. After two weeks, I think I lost 1.5 kg. Since then, I haven’t stepped on a scale to check my weight. Have this fear that my weight won’t go down so I prefer not to check it. However, I do notice that my pants are getting loose *wide grin* So today, I’ve decided to step on the scale.
AAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHH!!!!! No change in the weight at all. HOLY MOLY! What happened there? I stepped off the scale, got down, picked up the scale, shook it a bit, bang on it and stood on the scale again. Same thing! Is the scale broken? Could it be that I’ve been weighing myself the wrong way? Perhaps, to get the most accurate result, I should try this –

    wei lost 1.5kg is very good wor! i put on 1.5 kg super fast..to loose it i think will take months or years!

    Mott is right, it cld be water weight. Trust your pants lar, if they are lose, that means you’ve lost the inches too!

    for me, i trust the baju fitting compare to the weight, sometime we do still have some mucles weight.
