Yesterday we went to a bakery to check out some cakes as Ashley’s birthday is just a couple of days away. No more jelly cakes or expensive cakes from Lilian this year. Just a normal chocolate cake from the bakery 😀 After picking out one cake for her school party, we hopped over to another bakery next door. My mom got her another cake for her actual birthday this Sunday. Ashley chose the black forest cake this time. She’s very into chocolate cakes now. Today, we went to the bakery again to pick out a cake for one of hubs’ staff. He just found out about the staff’s birthday this morning and he wanted to buy a cake to surprise him. I think I have seen enough cakes in the last 24 hours. If I can, I don’t want to see anymore cakes for the next 2 months…..well, unless it’s La Manila’s Banana Choc Cake 😀

oh yes. la manila’s banana choc rocks. I prefer their cakes to Secret Recipes. Too bad they closed down many outlets, i think only the Mid Valley outlet is open. Do you know any other LM outlet’s ?
There’s one in Taman Megah PJ. I’ve heard many people raving about their cakes but yet to try them, maybe should go get some today 😀
Yeah…I luv everything by La Manila’s but too bad as it’s very looooonnng time I never visit La Manila’s since the one in Carrefour Subang close down….I almost went there 3 times a week till the staff gave us some discount….lol…
