Missy has been bugging me to send her to the hair salon to get a haircut. Just quite recently, she has decided not to have long hair as she does not want to be a girlie girl. No skirts, no dresses, no long hair. What a far cry from 8 months ago when I brought her to have her long hair trimmed. She was upset that we were going to have her hair trimmed by 3 inches. After much tantrums, she made me promise not to send her for a haircut anymore. Tweens! Of course, I reminded her of that incident and she just smiled. So I brought her to the salon last weekend and she wanted to get a hair wash (like the adults) too.
Having her hair washed at the salon for the very first time.
Anyway, she now has shoulder length hair which is great because there is less tangle and easier to manage. I bet a few months from now, she may change her mind again about her hair.
