As I mentioned earlier, Ashley is very besotted with her 12-year old cousin who is back here for a vacation. Whenever she’s around, Ashley will be following her, sitting next to her….etc. One day when they went out, Ashley missed her cousin and decided to draw her a picture.
A drawing of her and her ‘jie jie’. That’s my funny girl. She waited till they come home and handed this to her cousin.
My niece is into manicure/pedicure so here is she giving Ashley a pedi after dinner one night. Yup, she brought the nail polishes to the restaurant and even gave me a manicure. My bil and his family will be leaving this weekend and Ashley will surely miss her jie jie very much.
Wow, your girl sure can draw well but did you notice most kids’ drawings are very similar? My children too, used to draw exactly like this when their were Ashley’s age. 🙂

I realized most kids’ drawing is almost similar too, mine would come home everyday with a drawing of mommy and I ‘look’ like that too 🙂

Wah, such nice treatment from her cousin, no wonder Ashley is besotted. Being an only child, I’m sure she feels very lonely at times. I see this same excitement in Chloe too, whenever a cousin comes to our place for a play date or sleepover.
