Pedal Pedal

These days, I go for my jog/walk every morning and evening around my neighbourhood. Yesterday, I have decided to do something different. Instead of jogging or walking, I went cycling. Let’s see when was the last time I did that……hmmm…5 years ago. Yup….yesterday was the first time I cycle after a 5 year gap. So how was it? A little wuzzy and freaking painful!!!! It took me a couple of minutes to get accustomed to cycling and I was like kelam-kabut trying to manoeuver the handlebar. My thighs were throbbing after I pushed myself up a slope. It’s really a good exercise but now my knees hurt, my calves hurt and also my derriere from the sitting on the hard bicycle seat 🙁

    wah i love cycling, i used to cycle uphill to give tuition to my students, keng eh…but now i think straight road can lah, uphill i sure jialat LOL

    I will wobble even on straight road. The last time I cycled was… err… sei mowe.. cant even remember. Cycling is very muscle intensive exercise. Keep it up!!
