Last weekend, we were at TTDI market to watch their annual lion dance performance. It was a great performance by the lion dance troupe. There were 3 lions altogether. Ashley enjoyed it very much and she was so eager to touch the lions and also catch the mandarin oranges ‘given’ by the lions during their performance. She even played with the Chinese drums when the troupe was resting. I bet she would want to play with the excellent bariton sax stand if there was one. Below are some pix of the event last Sunday.

Today is the last day of the Chinese New Year celebration and also happens to be Valentine’s Day. Hubs and I don’t celebrate V-Day as I feel it is just a marketing scam to make people spend unnecessarily just to show their love and devotion. I’m such a party pooper eh? Well, don’t mind me. If you celebrate V-Day, here’s wishing you a very happy Valentine’s Day and Happy Chap Goh Mei.
Did this with my shoes after my run this morning *wink*
wah…shoes also in love ! haha….happy chap goh meh and valentine’s day.
We don’t celebrate either. Just another ordinary day.
Your sports shoes look very ‘seasoned’, which tells that you’ve been working very hard! Way to go Barb! 😉
