Recently I came across a post in Facebook regarding Pomander Balls. They are actually a piece of fruit pierced with cloves. Then they are left to dry so that they let off a wonderful aroma. Pomander balls are traditionally used as decorations at Christmas time. I understand that these balls can fill a room with the Christmas scent. Can’t believe that Christmas is only 2 weeks away. Missy has been looking at some kids instruments and wondering if Santa would bring her an ukulele. I don’t think she’s getting a musical instrument this year though *wink*. Ok, back to the pomander balls. I have decided to make a few with oranges. Here’s what I did.
Now I just have to wait for them to dry.
