Here is a pic of what I have been eating every night since I started my diet 😀 It’s vegetable soup which consists of oyster mushroom (sometimes I replace it with inoki), seaweed, 2 slices of beancurd and some fishballs. I would use the Knorr Chicken Bouillon conentrate or miso paste as soup base. Appetizing or not? *smile* When I’m out, I would look for places which serve salads. I’m glad to say that my pants are getting loose now 🙂 I still don’t know how much weight I have lost. I’ll stand on the scale tomorrow and check it out 😀

Keng ah, you can last so long. Me really kenot tahan when I see food. I think I might end up my mum’s size 😐
