After my first attempt about 2 weeks ago, I decided to steam another banana cake on Sunday. This time I put in more baking soda and 2 bananas. It came out pretty nice….more fluffy and has more banana taste 😀 Here is shot of the cake from the pot.

My husband is not very fond of cakes and only took a small piece. Ashley also ate just a small piece. I ended up eating the rest of them 😛 I still find the cake a little dry. Any suggestions how I could improve on that?
