It has been almost 6 months since I started dieting. I think I have lost 3kg in total 🙂 I am still dieting because I want to maintain my weight and also hope that I would lose at least 2 kilos more 🙂 My family and friends have been asking me when I would stop dieting. Follow these procedures :
1) wake up at 6am – daily
2) eat only 3 boiled eggs, only one meal per day. if hungry, keep on drinking water
3) exercise for 4-5 hrs straight
4) do sit up for another 2 hours
5) wiggle butt for another hour
You will look like her in a month. Guarantee!
