It’s All Maxis Fault!!

Sorry if I haven’t been visiting your blogs.  The damn internet line is driving me insane.  There is frequent interruption (like every few seconds) and it takes forever just to write this post.  It also takes forever to load a website.  I called their Technical Support earlier today to make a report and when the guy told me they will need 3 FREAKING DAYS to check my problem and then come back to me, I lost it.  I really lost it.  I screamed at him eventhough I have no voice.  I developed a bad cough yesterday and somehow, my voice went missing but that didn’t stop me from screaming at the guy.

I know….I’m bad because it’s not his fault but I need to take it out on someone 😉  I am so close to breaking the modem apart.  There is nothing worse than not having internet connection.  Can anyone tell me which broadband service has no problems?  Should I bring my laptop to Maxis building and do the surfing there?

*sigh*

    well, i experienced these shitty lines before… so darn slow.. esp when the paid posts were there for grabs, my line played me out… by the time the page finished loading, all had been taken up… frust or not??? few times leh… anyway, now mar mook… streamyx, maxis or celcom.. all almost sama sama.. perhaps we change to wimax??

  2. cool down. No wonder, you are always online/offline the next moment. Like David Copperfield. Now you see her, now you don’t.
    Calling Streamyx is Murder !! Don’t even mention talking to them but be patient.. no choice , this is the service we got to contend with. Try enquiring Digi. I heard they are reliable but limited coverage area.

    Calm down woman….when downtime I think many also frustrated over it, not only u…so far I find my Streamyx broadband is ok…less downtime…not really experience down for a day…

    All same-same…..here also same with Streamyx. I already applied for my 4Mb line but can only get in 6 mths time!!!

    same same.. think all the ISPs are the same. Streamyx here also got problem. Wimax also giving the same problem..

    We living in Malaysia just have to bear with it.. EERRRR!!!

    DOn’t subscribe to Wimax lah..haha..coz my Hubby works for them and he says they are facing some serious network issues now..hehehe. We still stick to Streamyx lah..hehe. When Streamyx has prob, my Hubby will call the Customer service and shout at them too..hehe..normal lah. 😛

    chill…take a break..go shopping
    sometimes somethings happen this way.. so instead of going head-to-head.. focus on sth else..like shopping or eating..hhehehe
