Soup For the Tired Soul ;)

I took a 15-minute power nap just now. Felt a lot better after the nap. The sneezing has stopped but my nose is still blocked 🙁 Luckily my mum is still here. She boiled a big pot of soup this morning. It’s the preserved vegetable (‘tai thau choy’), peanuts and dried oyster (hoh see) soup. I had some of the hot soup just now and it was so good for my stuffy nose. My immune system is rather low these days. Must be due to lack of sleep 😉 The next time when I do my grocery shopping, I must add manuka honey on my list. Shireen said it’s good for cold when taken with some lemon juice 😀
