My Dieting Journey

Ever since I started my diet in the beginning of June this year, I have lost about 5 kilos. I am almost back to my pre-Ashley days and I can wear all my old jeans again. Yay!!! However, my tummy is still flabby and it looks like I am still about 4 months pregnant. I think I need to do some exercise to trim my tummy. Recently, I bumped into a friend of mine at the mall and she was so surprised to see that I have lost weight. She asked me if I took diet pills to lose those extra kilos. Of course I told her my secret way of dieting but she said she won’t be able to follow the strict regime. She cannot resists rice and pasta and would rather go for diet pills to curb the hunger. I hope she will achieve the weight she wants very soon.
