Not much mood to celebrate CNY now 🙁 Friends in my facebook would know what happened. Anyway, just like to share some angpow packets that I received recently. I don’t get many this year…unlike the previous years. I always prefer the free angpows from banks than the store bought ones because the latter’s designs are too elaborate. The ones below are my favourites.
Angpow from Madam Kwan’s and Bank of China. Nice? Did you get many red packets this year?

So far, I only got red packets from RHB, HSBC and AM Bank, I like those from HSBC the most!
I just got some from Old Town, gold color, quite nice also. I can feel you, it was the same when I knew that I needed to work on New Year eve and New Year (1.1.2011), as I already planned a lot of things that 2 days. But, the earlier you put down the dissapointment, the better you will feel. In fact, I am still grumbling about the family time that I sacrificed on 1st Jan 11, which don’t make any good to me at all.

I think I received one packet each from various banks and shopping outlets…. They should have give me more *sob*sob* I’m such a greedy for free stuff.

This year i did not get any ang pow packet from shopping mall, because i have not done my cny shopping. :(:( But i buy some very nice one from those wholesale place. 🙂

this year….i bought some rabbit inspired ang pows from Happy Planet at Jln Tun HS Lee. This is the first time I am buying ang pow packets! I used to just use the free ones I get from everywhere!:)

I got red packets frm oldtown as well this morning. But my usual yearly packets would be non-other than those provided by liquor company lah… (u know y)… 😉

Hi mommy to chumsy, don’t feel so bad, just cheer up! Many people, especially Malaysians, don’t have the mood to celebrate either. Just take a look at the supermarkets and wet markets. So quiet only. Anyway, wish you and your family a happy and healthy year ahead.
Daddy came back, and Ashley’s very happy again? :-).
We do not have much mood during this cny too… kids were happy as usual… but much to think and worry for the adults. Ah… well, nothing much we can do, just pray and be positive lor!
