No Internet Again!!!!

The internet line went crazy again today. I am so sick and tired of this. Can’t they just fixed everything once and for all? The line was down for almost 4 hours. Then when it came back again, the line was not stable. Kept breaking off. I tried to do my post but couldn’t even save it. So frustrating! I didn’t even bother to call Streamyx because I know the customer support is going to ask me to do the same thing over and over again like check the cables, switched off the modem and ask me questions like what is your modem type, is it hooked on properly, are you connected directly to the phone line, are you sharing this line, what is your DNS….blah blah blah. Never been able to find the actual fault despite doing all the above! Then, they will say we will put in a report for you and the technician will be there to fix it within 2 days!!!!! Very sien.
