I posted the above photo a few years ago and Elaine likes it a lot so she asked me to post again 🙂 So, how many ‘bak zhang’ have you eaten already? My good friend gave me some homemade ones and they are delish.
Bak Zhang filled with mushroom, sausage, meat, mung beans and a nut. I don’t know what the nut is called though 🙂 My photo did not do the bak zhang justice. The rice dumplings were delicious.  Happy Rice Dumpling Day everyone!

The pic is indeed so funny. Zhong really must have fatty pork…had one with kai hung yoke and it was so dry.
