Sweet & Sour Dish

My mother-in-law is very good at cooking this sweet and sour vegetable dish. I think it is called “chap choy” in Cantonese. She normally buys roast pork legs to cook this dish and she puts in lots of the leafy vege. *slurp slurp*. She cooked this yesterday and asked my hubby to bring some home for me ;D How nice eh? I don’t know how this is cook and what other ingredients go into the pot. I just know how to eat it ;D I always find that it taste better after a few days in the fridge 🙂

Yup, this dish taste better the longer you keep it. I love the soury taste of the mustard leaves. I tried to make that here, but it just didn’t turn out right. I must have missed an ingredient or 2.
