A day before we moved into our house, my mum bought a little kumquat tree and placed it at the porch 🙂 Since CNY is around the corner, kumquat trees are being sold everywhere. My mum is quite superstitious (more as she grows older) and she said the name of the kumquat sounds auspicious and good to have when we move into the house *shake head* See, my mum even bought a red cloth to tie the pot and also some red decor stuff to hang on the tree. 2 nights ago, she put the tree further out at the porch so that it would be able to get some dewdrops. Tomorrow, she’s going to the market to buy more red decorative stuff for the tree *faint*
