Finally……

I stepped on the scale yesterday and after dieting for about a month, I have lost a total of 3 kgs 😀 Min (blurangel.com/blog/) guessed it correctly….hehehehehe. I am thrilled!! All the hard work and eating boring food have paid off 🙂 Actually no hard work involved 😛 I just can’t eat my favourite food. This diet is pretty good eh? 2 simple meals a day and there is no need to take any weight loss supplements. I think from now onwards, one day a week and that would be Sunday, I would allow myself to eat whatever I want. This way, I won’t crave for other food so much 😀 The tricky part now is keeping it off 😎
