I was in the mood for some pancakes. So, I decided to make some for Ashley and hubs. Got some leftover evaporated milk from the steamed choc cake 2 weeks back. Mixed some all-purpose flour, a pinch of salt, some sugar, baking soda, an egg and water together. I made about 6 pieces of odd-shaped pancakes. Hubs ate one and asked me why the pancakes are so thin O_O. This is the Chinese style pancakes lah. Anyway, he did say they are good 😉 The lil’ missy also like it 😀 Sure look a bit like roti canai eh?
