The last time Ashley did her poopie business was on Sunday. This means that for the past few days, she has not done any poopie business. Being a chronic worrier, I started to panic. She has been drinking lots of water and eating fruits everyday so I didn’t really know why she just did not poop. So today (the third day), I bought a big papaya and a bottle of Sunsweet Prune Juice 😉 Gave her a cup of Prune juice during lunch and then half a papaya around 3pm. Half an hour later, she told me she wanted to poo. Ahhh..those magic words are like music to my ears! At the same time, I was also rather afraid that she would have to strain herself since she did not go for a few days. Didn’t want her to develop any phobia but luckily it went ‘smoothly’ 😉 Thank God for prune juice and papaya!! I have never been so happy to see poop in my life *grins*
Ha hahh…… I really know what you feel. When Elyssa was a month old, she went by a few days without pooping. When she finally pooped, that was the highlight of my day. Never tot I’d be happy to see the black gold/ poop !!
my baby’s poop can either make me or break me! hehehe
Nothing quite like good ol’ papaya and prune juice to “stimulate” the bowel movements. Perhaps can give yoghurt daily to encourage more probiotics built up in her guts?
hahaha… I know that kind of feeling.
Fearles got “heaty” body, sometime he can be few days no poopie biz, that’s make me worried, once he do his big biz i feel so relieve! When he is still a baby, nearly a week he didn’t poop, till i have to bring him see doctor. That’s y i always got “phobia” on Fearles not pooing. hahahha
hahah same here… when jayden did poo after a few days, i was so happy at the sight of his shit! haha…
wah, miracle eh. glad to hear that
