Pressies from Hong Kong

My mom and my sisters returned from Hong Kong today.  They were in HK for a one-week shopping and eating holiday 😉  As usual, there’s stuff for the lil’ missy from her por por and yee-yees.

Elmo and Cookie Monster t-shirt

A pair of pink shorts and an army camouflage skirt

My favourite snack – Walnut and Date Pastilles. Delicious!!!

They went to Macau too so it’s a must to have these.

Portuguese Egg Tarts and Kai Mei Pau (cocktail bun) which is sweet, buttery and has a coconut taste. My diet is ruined 🙁

My mom bought a packet of spicy scallop snack. Really yummy if you are into seafood 🙂

They come in individual packaging and pretty expensive too.  I won’t buy them though…hehehehe

The Portugese egg tarts look yummy. Do they taste like the ones made by our bakeries here? My mil once bought the scallop snacks from Japan but I didn’t eat them. Are they nice? And those walnut and dates candies, I haven’t eaten them for many, many years and now that I’ve seen them from your blog, I am yearning to have them too 🙂
