on a hot day

There is nothing like a bowl of corn soup on a hot day.  It is one of my favourites.  This corn soup recipe is very simple and does not take much effort.  The ingredients are fresh corns (they impart natural sweetness), carrots, red dates and wolfberries. Oh, chicken bones are used too.  Put everything into the pot and allow it to boil for 3 minutes. Then reduce heat to low and let it simmer for an hour. Delicious and nutritious. It would be great to slowly enjoy the soup while sitting in my porch, watching the clouds go by.  If only I have patio sets such as a relaxing swivel chair or a porch swing at home.  So, what’s your favourite soup?
