say grace

All the kids in Ashley’s kindy have a tea set each.  They will use this tea set during their snack time.  Every day, the kids will have to bring the set home to be washed.  It consists of a bowl, a cup, a spoon and a fork.  A few months ago,  I heard Ashley singing a song which reminded me of my days in the kindergarten.  I used to sing the same song before I eat in class.  It is ‘The Grace’ song  🙂  My version is like this :-

Thank you God for the world so sweet,
Thank you God for the food we eat.
Thank you God for the birds that sing,
Thank you God for everything.

This is Ashley’s version :-

Thank you God for the world so sweet (ting-a-ling)
Thank you God for the food we eat (yum-yum)
Thank you God for the birds that sing,
Thank you God for everything….TEA SET!!!

Muahahahahahahahhaa……I think her teacher would ask the kids to bring out their tea set right away after saying grace so Ashley has incorporated the word “teaset” into the song 🙂
