So much to do, so little time. Chinese New Year is just around the corner and there are still a few things in my list which I need to do. Iron my Chinese New Year clothes, cookies shopping, getting all the angpows ready and buy myself a pair of pants. I have been so busy that I do not even have time to read the newspapers or the social security disability write-up. One thing which I managed to complete is my D-I-Y decor. Remember my paper lanterns earlier? Well, here is where I decorate them 😀
I found the branches in TTDI after DBKL trimmed some trees there.
I also used some angpows to cut out Paper Dogwood Flowers which I learned from MarthaStewart.com
I poked a lil hole in the center of each flower and affix them onto the branches
I did not DIY any CNY decors this year.. just feel time is not enough!
I like the paper flowers!
I did not do any DIY decor too. May be will spend some money to buy the ready made one.
Wah! DIY all your decorations! Nicely done and money saving 🙂
I’m quite busy since the beginning of the year, no time to shop for decors… maybe will steal your DIY ideas.
