When I did my ‘short trip to Ipoh’ post recently, a few people asked me about Ashley’s top with a blue necklace. Some of you asked if I made the necklace myself. Ahhh…if only I am good at sewing. I should have taken up Home Science during my secondary school days 😛 Sorry side-tracked a bit. I bought Ashley’s top from Cotton On. I just love its kids’ collection. They are so funky. What made me buy the top is the eye-catching cloth necklace.

the necklace is pinned to top with snap buttons on both shoulders. Cool huh?
I removed the necklace before I put the top in the laundry. It comes in dark blue, green and white/beige and cost RM19. Pretty affordable eh? You know, I wish Cotton On Kids is available in Mid Valley or 1 Utama and not just in Sunway Pyramid. I really don’t like going there much because it’s like a maze and the shops are scattered all over the mall. I only go to Sunway Pyramid because of Cotton On Kids 🙂
looking at the necklace close up now, i think you can definitely make it, Barb! Make a few and sew buttons on some of Ashley’s current tees. Can mix and match! cool 🙂
Despite it is quite a simple necklace but made so much different on just a t-shirt and can mix and match too. Nice choice.

Barb, I am a BIG FAN of Cotton KIDS too!!!! Go Spore! During sale, it is way cheaper then here! More trendy too! I bought heaps of tutu skirts, tops, boys attire too! They make gd clothes dont they????Hehhehe

I absolutely love Cotton On Kids too (never bought the adult ones for myself tho). When I first bought some tops for C some time back, I didn’t know it was this popular. Lately, so many mummies are blogging about this brand 🙂 I usually go for the 2 for RM29.
Oh..RM19, good buy! Good buy! I’m sure Cotton On will branch out soon. They are like in every corner in Singapore. It’s a matter of time they mushroom here.
