de-cluttering again

On Saturday, I spent some time clearing Ashley’s closet. Guess what? I managed to fill 2 big bags of clothes.  These are Size 5 and some Size 4 clothes that don’t fit her anymore.  Oh I also found some unused blankies for babies in the cupboard.  I thought I just cleared the closet 6 months ago.  How come there are still so many left? I must really S.T.O.P buying clothes for Ashley.  You reckon I can do that?

Errr…. over the weekend, I “stock-in” more clothes for my kids…. Can’t help it when come to see cute little apparels. I can’t stop buying, too. If you got any good tips here, please share :p

I believe some of them are just wore a few times by Ashley, right? Some of them are still new and nice, making you don’t have the heart to pack them up, right? If I didn’t go to the mall that often, I would automatically stop buying.

oh you know me so well Sheoh Yan 🙂 Yeah, most of her clothes are quite new, maybe worn less than 10 times. I really don’t have the heart to pack and give them away. Therefore, I am only giving them to people I know 🙂

I’ve already “dumped” bagsful and bagsful of Chloe’s old clothes into the donation boxes, although very “mm seh tak”. Those more expensive ones, I handed them down to my niece. I even kept some really nice and new ones for keepsake. I love shopping for kids’ clothing too and have never thought about stopping haha!

  15. MK mummy says:

ya, me too.. I buy too many clothes for malaika too. My mum commented that she is a starlet/celebrity meh?! I also need to stop buying clothes for the girl, time to buy clothes for the boy… 😉

  16. Mummy Gwen says:

Hehe..I can’t stop buying clothes for Gwen too. But Ashley has way more clothes than Gwen.

  17. Angie says:

I guess, that’s because Ashley is your first and only child Aunty Barb! I don’t really like to buy clothes, I usually think that I don’t need sooo many clothes, most important is that I have enough clothes to change everyday. I’m just too spendthrift towards books haha

  18. Health Freak says:

So what did you do with those old clothes? You can actually sell them to earn a lil’ pocket money 🙂
