got everything laid out on the table. We had dinner at the porch that night. The weather was cooling due to the drizzle. It was fun.
Steamboat or Hotpot. Took about 2 hours to boil the soup base, wash the food, fry garlic oil and etc. Took 30 minutes to finish everything *burp* We should do this more often 🙂
This is a good idea to eat during rainy days. Haha….at my home, when we do steamboat, we also have it at the porch.
Having steamboat during rainy days is best comfort food! Additional sambal to dip, must be more yummy rite!

I used an electrical multi-cooker cos we don’t have a steamboat pot. the pot is not deep enough though but it’s ok 🙂

I am tempted to do this. We are so rush everyday. May be wait till the girls finish their exam. I will do this one weekend. This is so cool and nice.

we cook steamboat for 4 of us too, but get it all done in the kitchen before seving at the dining table. less fun, but less mess/ work too :-).
