A Simple Dinner

I was kinda lazy to cook after a long day out today so I went to the fridge to check out what I can make in a jiffy.  I saw a packet of Whole Wheat Tortilla which I got from Tesco last week.  Totally forgotten about this.

Luckily I had some Honey Glazed Ham in the freezer too

Fried some eggs.

Put 1 tsp of  mayonnaise made with free range eggs from Tesco onto the tortilla as well as a piece of ham, egg and lettuce.  Roll everything up and It’s a Wrap!  A simple and yummy dinner for us.

Wow, looked so yummy I wanted to eat it too! I think two pieces each for an adult and a piece for a kid will be filling enough. Will try it any day.

I just made these for dinner recently too! Simple, yummy and quite filling. Mine was simpler though… meatless. I just rolled up the wholewheat tortilla with some stir-fried shredded carrot and greens, sliced cheese and lighted toasted it. I also baked some potato wedges to go with it… Chloe loved it so much 🙂
