Some time ago, I spotted this packet of Japanese curry at Daiso and decided to give it a try. At first glance, it sure doesn’t look like curry eh? Since the box has pinkish hue, Ashley was delighted that I bought it 🙂

I was surprised to find some stickers and a puzzle game printed on the box.

Have you tried them before? I’ve seen the Vermont ones too but never bought any. Perhaps I should try them out as well.

I always buy Vermont brand, it comes in cube and easy for storage 🙂 Too bad my kids don’t enjoy Japanese curry.
Now I know it’s japanese curry. Next time can buy. Previously I had no ide what it was :P.

Wouldn’t have picked that to be Jap curry. I usually buy the Vermont brand and cook it with carrots and potatoes served with chicken schnitzel.

from the cover, i thought it’s a colouring book. Those ‘kar loh’ really have all sorts of ideas..The waugh’s curry powder you were asking is not spicy at al..maybe something like japanese curry also.

Japanese curry? This is the first time I heard of this. Perhaps my girl will like to try it – she likes curry but not too spicy.
