I received a card which Ashley did in school and she also handmade a fan for me. The fan was done secretly with her aunt 😀
I thought on Mother’s Day, I can relax a bit without doing any housework but I got this pile of clothes to iron. Can’t leave it till later because there is more waiting for me. Boo Hoo. Hubs helped to mop the floor while I did the ironing.
I didn’t want any special lunch or dinner on Mother’s Day but I did get myself a little gift…hehehehe
How did you celebrate Mother’s Day?
My girls brought back an orange for me from their school. I used the oranges to make orange cup cake for myself. Then, we had mother’s day lunch with my MIL.
Mother’s Day was just like any ordinary day to me – washing, ironing, sweeping, mopping and screaming on top of my lung. Haha!

My MD was quite similar to yours…housework, cooking and hub helped me mop the floor too 😉 Chloe made salad at school on Friday and brought some back for me as MD gift. I immediately thought of you cos I remember Ashley making this for you in her Moral class hehe 🙂

Hmm, I din’t really celebrate Mother’s Day la.. Just spend it like normal day only.
Nothing special on Mother’s Day! I cooked at home! Hahah! Cannot rest one lah with the kids at home. Mother’s Day is the same like any other day. But my girl make a card for me and get a peek from kids and daddy when woke up.
Me too..Mother’s Day is like normal day to me. Gwen bought a rose for me from school.
I did all the washing and get my boy to sleep in the morning while my wife pamper herself with a hair rebonding. We had dinner outside at night. Happy mother’s day to you Barb!

Just a normal day for me too, but this year a little special, my boys bought me brunch at their favourite place. What more exciting, doing revision with the boys, their exam is coming. 🙁
