A Simple & Healthy Lunch

Yesterday I decided to have something different for lunch.  Usually I would have noodles like wanton mee, prawn mee, pan mee, pork noodle or fried meehoon with egg.  After seeing so many Tastemade videos online about food, I made this :-

Salad with half an avocado, 2 eggs, onion, cucumbers and little tomatoes.  Added in some lemon juice and it’s good to eat.  The recipe calls for a pinch of salt but I forgot to bring that.  This simple lunch is quite delicious and filling too. Going to have this more often.
