This is one of my comfort food. I love salmon fish head soup. We usually buy the salmon head from the market, grill it a bit and then add into the soup to boil. Sometimes I add miso paste into the soup as base and at times, it is just clear soup. I also add in Inoki mushrooms, cabbage, fish paste, chikuwa fish cake and cabbage. A delightful soup especially on a rainy day.
